Thai Bananas in Coconut Milk

  • 2 Bananas, peeled and sliced into thick rounds
  • 90 grams Sugar
  • 120 millilitres Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 180 millilitres Coconut milk
  • A pinch of salt
  1. In a pan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Add the sliced bananas and simmer for 10 minutes, until the bananas have turned translucent and most of the liquid has evaporated
  2. Remove the bananas from the pan and spoon into two bowls. In the same pan, heat up the coconut milk, salt and sesame seeds. Once it’s warm, pour it over the bananas in the bowls Serve!
