  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cucumber (shaved with a mandolin)
  • ½ lettuce
  • Sambal ikan bilis [Anchovies]
  • Ayam goreng berempah [Spicy Fried Chicken]
  • Grounded peanuts
  • Traditional nasi lemak [Coconut Rice]
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl
  2. Heat up a pan with little oil, and fry the eggs. Slice the eggs in strips
  3. Heat up tortilla wraps on a hot pan
  4. Spread some lettuce, good spread of the sambal, nasi lemak [coconut rice], ayam goreng berempah [spicy fried chicken], and shredded omelette on the wrap.
  5. Wrap and cut into half and serve
  6. For the traditional way, scoop 1 bowl of rice, shredded omelette, sambal ikan bilis [anchovies], ayam goreng berempah [spicy fried chicken] and grounded peanuts on a plate and serve
