  • 8 whole Chicken drummet
  • Salt & Pepper
  • All purpose flour
  • Fish sauce
  • Sugar
  • Hot sauce
  • Garnish:
  • Tiato
  • Mint
  • Basil
  • Cilantro
  • Baby tomato
  • Thai chillies
  • 3 whole lemongrass (crush into fine pieces, ,and deep fry)
  1. Cut loose the meat chicken from the bone end, push down to create the lollipop appearance.
  2. Tie the meat with rope to cook evenly and maintain the round shape
  3. Season the chicken with salt & pepper, coat with all purpose flour, and deep fry
  4. For the sauce : Heat in the pan and mix the fish sauce, sugar and hot sauce
  5. Serve with the sauce and all the garnish
