3. NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh

Bak Kut Teh, or Pork Ribs Soup, is considered to be one of Singapore’s culinary heritage dish as well as a local favorite, and NG AH SIO is a brand that is synonymous with authentic Teochew-style Bak Kut Teh. Many people have mentioned that the service staff are very professional, and that the quality and presentation of food are always on point.
